Technical Large Animal Emergency Rescue Awareness Level Seminar

  WHEN:

October 3 and 4, 2015

WHERE: Grand River Raceway, Elora, ON in partnership with Centre Wellington Fire & Rescue
COST:

$200 CDN + hst (2 day awareness level, includes lunch)

SEMINAR LEADER: Dr. Rebecca Gimenez, PhD of TLAER Inc.
PRIMARY AUDIENCE: First responders, law enforcement, animal control officers, veterinarians, vet. technicians, emergency animal response teams, horse owners, livestock producers and associations
ACTIVE LEARNING: Hands-on demonstrations including; vertical lift, forward assist, backwards drag, sideways drag, cast animals, trailer entry, review of mud rescues and others
CONTINUING EDUCATION: Applicable to obtain CE credits for coaches (from Equine Canada), veterinarians, vet technicians and emergency responders

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants who wish to withdraw from a course must inform Open Learning and Educational Support in writing. In order to receive a refund less a $40.00 administration fee per course, Open Learning and Educational Support must be informed by end of business day (EST) 21 days prior to the commencement of the course.
