Description:Freedman's, a 200 year old family owned, luxury Canadian Equestrian leather goods manufacturer is seeking a Marketing and Communications person to join our growing team. Freedman's is an emerging Luxury Equestrian fashion brand and is seeking a highly skilled candidate to plan and execute the companies' growing marketing initiatives not only for our Toronto based manufacturing and head offices, but our US flagship retail and warehouse location. Duties will include marketing, planning and management of E-commerce, social and print media formats. Graphic design and web development skills are an asset. The Candidate must have experience in the following:
• Create and manage a detailed Marketing Plan
• Create and manage e-Marketing
• Design and build print catalogues, brochures and other collateral in-house
• Design, build and manage all print marketing collateral
• Manage all social media platform content
• Website Management
• Project Management The candidate must also have the following skills:
• Candidate must be fluent in English and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Candidate must work well in groups and be a team player
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and achieve deadlines.
• Experience working in fast paced environments where attention to detail is key. Candidate must be able to work under pressure
• Ability to adapt to change and accept responsibility
• Candidate must create, and stay organized through completion of projects
• ***Equestrian Marketing/ Retail experience is an asset

Excellent use of programs such as Adobe PhotoShop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign Etc. along with Shopify, Facebook, Instagram and other Social Media platforms. Salary to be determined based on experience
