Description:
We are looking for part-time or full time help, with the potential to work towards a farm manager position. There will be the option to live on site starting Spring 2021 once the house renovations are completed.

We have a small, private barn (17 stalls) that offers a relaxed atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and great training facilities for dressage, jumping, and eventing. We are preparing to open for boarding and clinics in 2021 and will need a capable team as we grow. There is room to bring your own horse(s), and future riding opportunities could become available for the right individual.

The preferred candidate will be highly organized and personable with excellent attention to detail. Reliable transportation, an ability to work independently, and extensive experience providing horse care are required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: daily operations (stalls, feed, turnout), assistance during appointments, first aid, grooming/tacking up, and some basic farm maintenance.

Salary will be dependent on position and experience.

This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of the team from the start. There is some flexibility in days, responsibilities, and hours, so we can adjust the job to suit the right person. The owner lives on site but already has another career, so we're looking for someone who shares our vision and will be invested in it.

Please contact us directly with any questions and email your resume to office@westwindsequestrian.ca
